On Sunday, December 1, from 1–2 PM, VIBE The Fitness Studio is teaming up with Fusion East Taproom for a special Mobility Class to support First Steps, Saint John.

What is First Steps?

A supportive housing unit for pregnant and parenting young women, providing life skills, education, and access to vital community programs. With 24/7 staff experienced in crisis support, they focus on creating healthy moms, healthy babies, and healthy futures.
