February 13, 2026 On February 25th from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM , the First Steps Outreach Team will be at the Wheelhouse of Waterloo Village (105 Prince Edward Street) spreading smiles and sweet treats! In partnership with Sophia Recovery Centre , we’ll be sharing hot chocolate, coffee, cupcakes , and kindness ! Come warm up with us, and enjoy a treat.
