Staff having some Halloween fun!

Oct 30, 2026

It’s been a couple of years since we’ve taken staff photos, so we thought it was time to reintroduce the team behind First Steps.

These dedicated women bring compassion, commitment, and a wealth of experience to their work every day.

Apparently, working on the front lines in the not-for-profit sector means gaining 30 years of experience in just two years. Between grant deadlines, client care, and keeping up with little ones, we may have earned a few grey hairs along the way.

Same big hearts. A few more cardigans. And we’d like this meeting wrapped up before Jeopardy.

Happy Halloween from the First Steps staff!
