Welcome, Fall!

Fall is officially here, and we welcomed the season into our infant room with some fun apple-filled experiences! The children explored apples through painting and a sensory bin, using their hands to touch, squish, smell, explore and investigate.

Some of our little explorers were even curious enough to taste the apples! Through this hands-on experience, the children were encouraged to explore at their own pace while discovering the sights, textures, smells and tastes of fall.

This experience connected to the NBCF by supporting well-being, exploration, communication and expression. The children were able to make choices, use their senses, develop fine-motor skills and engage with a familiar seasonal experience in meaningful ways.
